Bonnie

Bonnie was having trouble making it through the month living on her social security and disability payments. On a fixed income she wasn’t able to weather spikes in her monthly bills.

IRAP (Independence Rate Assistance Program) provided her discounts on her bills and allowed her to stay in her own home.

“Whoever funds CSL, they need to know their money is going to very good use. I don’t think people would be able to make it right now if it weren’t for places like CSL.”

Last year CSL assisted more than 52,000 clients throughout all seven (7) satellite locations.
